"First of all, it's a blessing that this fell into my lap. As a businessman, I know Evolv sells itself. Joy: "It's not a start-up. Usually new companies scare me. I've been involved in network marketing for several years and it's always been a part of the same pie. This is very different. I usually come into a company that's been beyond the momentum so I've done well, but I've never had the opportunity that we have here. We're excited about doing something in an industry that we know is going to get us further ahead than if we were working for someone else. And we're really excited to be working together. The first weekend we had with Evolv was the Pre-Launch! We didn't know if we'd ever do network marketing again, but all of a sudden, Cody McKinley bring this to us and says, 'You gotta do it!' This opportunity came along and it resonated on so many levels and it has to do with the management, from the very top with Trey all the way down.

Dave: "I'm gonna steal a line from Dr. Wayne Dyer: 'Fall in love with what you do and sell the love.' That truly is it! Get passionate, fall in love with the product, with your life. That's what people resonate with."

Joy: "Get really clear on what your 'why' is. If you're not clear on that, then why the heck are you putting effort into taking on one more thing in your life? Another thing is, don't prejudge. Just let people know, get on the product, try the product. And it opens the door!
